"I believe therapy is a personal and transformative process. A welcoming space where someone feels genuinely accepted to be who they are, and whose goals lead the direction of therapy. With careful and compassionate assessment, together, we make sense of problems in life and obstacles to these goals. A healthier self belief and capacity to make enduring and meaningful change is at the heart of therapy for me."

Work Experience
I worked at The Hollywood Clinic for 6 years, facilitating group therapy for inpatient and day programs that included a range of difficulties: emotion dysregulation, mood and anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, alcohol and drug dependency, disordered eating, suicidal/para suicidal behaviours and relationship difficulties. I coordinated the Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Skills Group Program for two years and have delivered training to GPs for the treatment and management of Borderline Personality Disorder. I am returning to private practice after some time off for maternity leave.
